1. The concept

Petits Trésors proposes original and customized jewelry through the etching, the number of pieces and the color of the bracelet.  Choose your typeface and other options that will make your jewelry a unique and personalized gift.

2. How do I pay?

The payment is the last step of the buying process; once the product is chosen, your contact details registered and your account details created. The payment of your order is via the secure solution Chase Payment.

3. If a product appears in stock on the site, is it always available in reality?

Updating stock-inventory takes place every day so it is very rare that one of our products is not available. If it is unavailable you will be notified and we will do our very best to send you your order as soon as possible.

4. What about deliveries and deadlines?

Petits Trésors processes and ships your order within an average of between 1 and 5 working days depending on the delivery method you selected.  The express and priority orders will be shipped no later than the day after the confirmation of the order (excluding weekends and holidays).

Any orders confirmed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday with express shipping cannot be shipped until the following Monday. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday.

5. What should I do if the product I ordered was not delivered?

If your order has not been delivered, please contact us immediately so we can check with our transporter.

7. Your jewelry has oxidized?

Don’t worry if black spots appear on your silver jewelry! This is quite normal.  Silver is a material which oxidizes. 

You just have to apply special household silver cleanser and your Silver jewelry will find all its original brightness
